At CasaPráctika, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🔁 Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos or video of the issue

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

💸 Refunds or Replacements

Once your request is reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (if available)

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Late delivery due to courier delays

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Minor packaging damage that doesn’t affect product use

  • Orders placed without using discount codes (we cannot apply them retroactively)
